Coltyn and Josh from Patriot Plumbing are total lifesavers. Our kitchen sink had been clogged and useless for two weeks, and we even had a plumber out before them who couldn't fix it.

They originally just came out to put in a vent, but ended up taking the extra time to actually get the drain cleared and working again. They also added an access point so we can clear the line easily if it ever backs up down the road.

I was stuck on the phone with my bank dealing with my card being flagged right as they were wrapping up, so I didn't get to say bye in person, but they were super understanding and worked with their office so I could just pay via bank transfer. If i did seem rude at the end, that was not my intention. Bank was just asking so many verification questions.

Honestly can’t thank them enough for getting our kitchen working again. Highly recommend asking for Coltyn and Josh!

04/24/2026 and another visit in the books. Another excellent experience. Unfortunately this one was over $600 but that's to be expected when servicing a 17 year old furnace and you include a Saturday appointment. So overall still not a bad price!
Excellent company. We called on New Years Eve with a clogged sink and asked for an appointment not during emergency hours. 4 hours in to the next business day and around $100 later the pipe is cleared. Tyler showed up as expected, and did a great job.
We have a new plumber!!
Update to add We have had to call for services twice since my last review. The first time was to unclog the sewer main and we tried another company because a friend worked there. Long story short they didn't even have all the equipment to do what they needed to do but still charged us $300. Patriot came out the next day and charged the same amount but not only did they fix it they showed me a camera view of everything all the way out to the city line and one area that may need fixing in the future. We called them yesterday and set up an appointment today and in under 4 hours we had a toilet replaced and the bathtub/shower constant drip fixed for under $420...
These guys always show up on time and communicate with you before your appointment so you know exactly when they're going to get there, they are very nice, and professional, and they get the job done for a very reasonable price.
Another visit 03/05/24. I called at 8:30 this morning and Evan had John here by 2:30. The new vanity we installed doesn't leak anymore and they fixed everything from the wall out, and went ahead and snaked the train for me a little bit because it was getting gunky. One hour, under $200, super professional, amazing communication, always friendly and always welcome. Another visit, Friday night of Memorial Day weekend our main clogged again (tree roots are bad here) I called at 10:30 Saturday and by 3pm they were done and cleared the main and fixed another issue no one else had even offered to fix, all for $520. I had a great experience with my heating and air technician Zach. He was super easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything about my system in a way that actually made sense, especially since I didn’t know much going into it. Zach was patient, friendly, and never made me feel rushed or confused.

On top of that, Zach was just genuinely nice and easygoing, which made the whole visit comfortable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure the customer understands what’s going on.

Also, not gonna lie… easy on the eyes doesn’t hurt either!

Patriot has become our family go to! We have used them for my home, my mothers home, and my brothers home. We have called on them for our business too! They have great people working there from the dispatchers, to the plumbing, and heating people all working to make things work as quickly as they can. Absolutely the best any of us have worked with. We recommend their service to everyone. They have fixed other companies mistakes replacing the plumbing under the whole house in one day. Put in sink, few dish washers, snaked drains, fixed toilet, done heater inspection and replaced a thermostat. We had a drain clog that ended up causing us a huge mess. Patriot had Robert come out quickly and help address the issue. He was thorough and really made sure the problem was fully resolved along with providing great tips on how to keep our drains clear. I have dealt with Patriot several times since buying our new house in Lincoln. We are managing our house from another state and every time we have an issue, a question, or just needed winterizing done, they have been very prompt and helpful. Both dispatchers for the  plumbing and heating/AC are quick to answer the phone and have always patiently fielded my questions, even when I needed to call back! Not to mention, we will always give our business to a Patriot!!

EDIT: I am editing my review a year later to say that Patriot continuous be THE BEST. Ken came out to help me with winterizing. As a new homeowner, I had no idea how to do any of the stuff and he took the time to show me how to do all of these things myself so that I don’t have to call five different companies to do maintenance.  He also showed me how to care for my water heaters in order to save money. Which to me, is the true hallmark of a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our home warranty company sent Patriot out to us. We had never used them before, but they were AMAZING! They were on it right away, trying to send someone out as soon as possible, and communicating so well with us through the whole process. They were very kind and professional. We were pleasantly surprised, since we had not heard of them before! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others!

We had an issue with our basement shower. The shower was constantly dripping and only getting worse. I called in the morning and Ken B. got here in no time. He was welcoming, helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Ken B. for any plumbing jobs you may have. Thanks Ken B

We had a corroded pipe that sprung a leak on a Saturday. Patriot responded within 15 minutes. Alan was able to cut out a limited amount of drywall and replace the problematic pipe within an hour. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
